The local room of Seyda presents a collection to the way of life, living and working conditions at the south edge of the Fläming region.
The exhibition concentrates on education in Seyda, trade and handicraft of the past, domestic pieces of furniture, agricultural and equipment for gardening, clothes and fashion of the 19th and 20th century and typical utensils used in the former GDR. Historical specialized books, regional calendars and books, documents and trade guild files add the exhibition.
A model of the town between 1900 and 1920 can also be seen.
